چکیده مقاله:
advances in technology and the need of industry to use it caused building information modeling, as one of the new technologies in the construction industry has been developing & researcher’s attention how to develop it has been attracted. Researchers in Iran, consistent with this approach to research and studies in this field have focused Therefore for doing new research study of existing research and achievements is essential , This review article examines research conducted at the field of Building Information Modeling in Iran and compare them with international existing research. The results of these studies have shown a serious gap in practical projects and case studies that have been carriedout in Iran s research. Some of that comes from the Prevention of the construction industry according to the downturn & this causes lack of new ideas Implemented in the industry, and some of that comes from the legal requirements and the Correction Process for the project Performance-based on BIM technology

چکیده مقاله:
Studies on infrastructure projects in Iran show that the implementation of PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standard during the project life cycle in terms of time, cost, quality and other items according to project requirements has not been done properly and a high percentage of projects, facing with the enormous challenges which cause, most projects fail. It was concluded that stakeholders generally have little knowledge concerning BIM (Building Information Modeling), which makes it hard for them to see its applications. The study revealed that BIM can help stakeholders to better implementation of PMBOK standard. Anyway to resolve such problems as discussed above and achieve to predefined goals, use of new technologies such as BIM, facilitate the implementation process of PMBOK standard, and will have a significant impact on the projects, although the researches in the world carried out in this field, reflects the importance of this issue. Totally the purpose of this paper is about the effectiveness of BIM on the implementation process of PMBOK standard in Iran.

چکیده مقاله:
Controlling construction site operations is one of the crucial overriding concerns for the clients and contractors, as the majority of the construction delays tend to occur in the construction phase. It is not surprising to see interest in deploying advanced technologiessuch as Building Information Modelling (BIM) to help in addressing such concerns. BIM is a process by which a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a facility are built, analyzed, documented and assessed virtually, then revised iteratively until the optimal model is documented. The virtual BIM model is not only graphical design but also a virtual database which includes the management data. So the construction manager (CM) can use BIM as a real simulation of the actual project. As explained above, it can be firmly stated that BIM makes the project with the least interference and risk in construction phase and achieve to predefined objectives such as time, cost and quality. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how to integrate BIM with the daily construction activities to increase the effectiveness of construction operational activities.

چکیده مقاله:
The daily increasing development of the cities and the need for creating more energy and also paying attention to limited sources in the field of fossil fuels has causedthe necessity of creating spaces with more energy return. Considering theimportance of the proportions and form is not only important aesthetically, but interms of sustainable architecture and also using maximum energy. Using thebuilding information modeling (BIM) system in designing and executing the projects is one of the best and newest methods of increasing efficiency inarchitecture and designing buildings, either in terms of an optimal design and timeor in terms of the cost of design which came to existence. BIM is a process ofdigital design based on a three-dimensional model which increases the life cycle ofconstruction, qualitative and quantitative values and it is able to apply the purposes of sustainable architecture. In this research, we attempted to review the methods ofparametric design in the respect of creating modern architecture affected by digitalarchitecture and introducing a technology called building information modelingthrough this review and this technology has led to the improvement of using thedigital technology in architecture. Ultimately, in order to meet the purposes ofsustainable architecture, through digital geometry and computer technology, weachieve a proper form in architecture with highest energy return. The method studied in this research, given the discussed subject, is a library and descriptive method.

کلیه فعالیت های مدیریت ساخت براساس اسناد قرارداد، به دو مقوله ی نقشه ها و مشخصات وابسته هستند. بدین صورت که به کمک نقشه ها کمیت کار و براساس مشخصات فنی، کیفیت کار مشخص می گردد. برخی از بدترین مشکلات مربوط به این روش ، ناهماهنگی هاو اشتباهات است که علاوه بر بالا بردن هزینه و زمان ساخت، منجر به پائین آمدن کیفیت کار می شود. روش مدل سازی اطلاعات ساختمان یکی از جدیدترین متدهایی است که برای غلبه بر این مشکلات ارائه شده است. که در این مقاله به بررسی مفاهیم، کاربردها و مزیت های تکنولوژی BIM برای هریک از ذینفعان و سطح بندی های موجود برای بکارگیری این تکنولوژی در صنعت ساخت پرداخته شده است.
